Terms of Play: Eligibility, Verification and Payout Rules

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. One account per person, household, device and payment method. Accounts opened in another person's name, or opened to claim a promotion twice, are closed on discovery; stakes are returned and bonus-derived winnings are void.

Your account

Register with accurate details. The name on the account must match the name on the identity documents you supply later, because a mismatch stops a payout dead. Keep your password to yourself; we will never ask for it, and activity from a signed-in session is treated as yours. Notify support at once if you believe the account has been compromised.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits start at AU$10 on most methods and AU$20 by bank transfer, and post immediately. Withdrawals start at AU$20 and are subject to a rolling weekly ceiling of AU$10,000, which rises with loyalty tier. Every request passes a manual review of approximately 24 hours. Funds generally return by the route they arrived; where that is impossible, an alternative verified method is used.

We charge no fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Network fees on crypto, and intermediary or issuer fees on banking rails, belong to those third parties.

Verification

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal. We ask for photo identification and a document evidencing your residential address, and we may request source-of-funds information where anti-money-laundering obligations require it. Requests are reviewed in about a day. An unverified account may deposit and play but may not withdraw.

Bonuses and wagering

• Opt in before depositing. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively.
• Wagering of 50x applies to the welcome package and to the sign-up spins unless an offer states otherwise.
• Pokies contribute in full toward wagering. Table games, live dealer games and video poker contribute little or nothing.
• Maximum cashout on the sign-up spins is AU$200. Conversion on the welcome package is capped at AU$5,000 or six times the four qualifying deposits.
• A maximum stake applies while a bonus balance is active. Exceeding it may void the bonus and anything derived from it.
• Unfinished wagering expires when the offer's validity window closes.
• Bonus abuse — including low-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear turnover — voids the bonus.

Games and errors

Games are supplied and certified by third-party studios and run on random number generators tested independently. Where a malfunction occurs, all affected plays and payouts are void. A displayed result that conflicts with the server record is resolved in favour of the server record.

Closing an account

You may close your account at any time through support. Self-exclusion, once set, is not reversed on request for its stated duration. Remaining real-money balances are returned to a verified method; bonus balances and unwagered bonus funds are forfeited on closure.

Changes
